What this site is

cornerstone-ai.pro is an information site run by Cornerstone AI (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. Its main business is designing and building the operating processes and systems that founder-led businesses run on. You can reach it at info@cornerstone-ai.pro. These disclosures are made under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Requesting a call, or booking one, starts a conversation. Any engagement that follows is governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out scope, price, payment, ownership and everything else. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read the site and use the forms for their intended purpose. You may not scrape it, submit false information through the forms, attempt to bypass the bot check, or use the site to send anything unlawful or abusive. I can refuse or withdraw access at any time to anyone who does.

Content and ownership

The text, design, brand mark and screenshots on this site belong to Cornerstone AI, or are used with the permission of the clients they belong to. Client screenshots have names, people and financial figures removed. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish pages, or reuse the brand mark, without asking.

Accuracy

I keep the site current, and the prices and program shape on it are the ones in force on the effective date above. Even so, the site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and the numbers in the proof section are counts taken on a given day, not promises about your business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Cornerstone AI isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you've paid Cornerstone AI in the twelve months before the claim, or R1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law says can't be limited.

Links to other places

The site links to services I don't control, including the booking page, the newsletter provider and the bot check. Each has its own terms.

Law and disputes

South African law applies. If something goes wrong, email me first and we'll talk. If that doesn't settle it within thirty days, either of us can refer it to mediation, and failing that to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1965, seated in South Africa.

Changes

When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
