Your next hireisn't a person.
It's a right hand that runs your operations, never quits, and belongs to you.

Every time you win, you lose.
You sign a great client, and now there's more work landing on you. You grow, and the business needs more of you, not less. There's only so much of you to go around, so eventually you start saying no. No to the project you actually wanted. No to marketing, because you couldn't handle the leads it would bring. You end up capping your own business to protect the part that barely holds together.

Most founders try one of two ways out. Neither one fixes it.
Hire more people
More salaries, more managing, more of your week spent training and checking work. Good people are hard to find and harder to keep. When one leaves, the whole job lands back on you overnight.
Buy more software
Another tool, another login, another thing your team half-uses. The data sits in five places and someone still has to tie it all together. That someone is you.
The problem was never how hard your team works. It's that everything still runs through you. That's the part to fix.
The scaling reality
Every new client adds admin load. More clients, more chaos. That's the trap. A right hand breaks the pattern. Your margins grow and your time comes back.
Without a right hand
Crushed
With your right hand
Expanding
A right hand that already knows your business.
We build you an operator that lives inside your business and runs the day-to-day. It knows your clients, your standards, and how you like things done. It takes the repetitive work that eats your team's time and handles it the way you would.
- 01
It holds your standard.
The work gets done to the bar you set, every time, not just when you’re watching.
- 02
It runs the routine.
Onboarding a client, chasing a missing document, sending the invoice, nudging the follow-up. It just happens.
- 03
It keeps everyone on the same page.
Your whole team works off one source of truth instead of five tools and a group chat.
- 04
It only brings you what matters.
The small stuff it handles on its own. The real decisions it brings to you, with the context already gathered.
You stop being the thing every task waits on.
Four ways this puts money back in the business.
Everything we build has to do at least one of these. If it doesn't, we don't build it.
Sign more clients
Your capacity stops being capped by your hours, so you can say yes again.
Make each client worth more
Nothing slips. Every client gets your standard every time, so they stay longer and spend more.
Spend less to deliver
The admin layer runs itself instead of eating salaries and your evenings.
Depend on fewer people
The business runs without you in every loop, and without us. That last one is worth more than it sounds.
A business that only works when you're in it is risky to own and hard to sell. A business that runs on its own is worth more, full stop. This doesn't just make you more money while it's running. It makes the whole company more valuable.
You own it. All of it.
You own the whole system. It sits on your accounts, with your data, under your control. We don't hold the keys, and there's no licence to keep renewing. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it keeps running exactly as it did.
So why would you keep us around? Because the technology keeps moving and you want someone in your corner who's already three steps ahead. We stay on to keep improving the system and adding what it can do. Not to keep the lights on. You could do that yourself.
Eight weeks. We build it with you, live.
It starts with a workshop. We sit down with you to understand exactly what your business needs and where the time is bleeding out. Then it's eight weeks of our dedicated time, embedded with your team, building the real thing.
We don't disappear for two months and hand back a finished box. We build one piece at a time and put it to work the moment it's ready. Some pieces take a few hours, others take a few days. Every week we sit with your team to train them on what's new, so by week eight they're running on it, not figuring it out.

In eight weeks, your team handles twice the clients without twice the work. If they can't, we keep building for free until they can.
Real businesses. Real results.
A few of the systems we've built. Click any card for the before, the fix, and the result.
The Automated Analyst
We gave executives clarity. Instead of staring at rows of numbers, they get a clear report on demand that lets them make strategic decisions instantly. The "grunt work" is gone.
The Zero-Loss Router
Zero leakage. We removed the "traffic cop" role entirely. Now, the sales team gets the lead while the prospect is still looking at the screen. Speed to lead went from "hours" to "seconds."
The 24/7 Qualifier
We filtered out the noise. Now, the sales team only picks up the phone when a lead is qualified and ready to buy. Same team size, double the closing rate.
The Content Machine
A perfect blend of human and machine. The team provides the strategy and the final "thumbs up," and our system handles the production. They 5x'd their output without hiring a single extra writer.
The 3-Day SaaS Build
A double capacity unlock. We saved the client months of development time, and the platform we built uses AI to unlock capacity for their users. Speed to market was instant, and the tech is exponential.
Recruitment on Autopilot
We automated 80% of the job. Every single lead is handled instantly, 24/7, for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day. She got her job back, and the agency got a machine that never sleeps.
Powerful, and locked down.
Letting AI into your business only works if it's safe. Here's how that's handled.
Everyone sees only what they should
Access is set at the data itself, not by asking the AI nicely. Your bookkeeper sees the books. Your newest hire doesn't see the bank balance.
Every action is logged
You can see exactly what it did and when. Nothing happens in the dark.
One database, on your accounts
There's a single source of truth, and it belongs to you.
A simple control panel
You and your team run the whole thing from one screen.

I started my first business at 16, selling firewood to neighbors.
A year later I was making cold calls from my high school classroom. Since then I've built systems across hospitality, construction, real estate, insurance, fintech, and franchise operations. Every time, the same problem showed up: the founder was the operating system of their own business. Everything ran on them.
I've built operating systems for the founder of a podcast, the founder of a financing platform, the founding team of an accounting practice, and the founder of a sport academy. Different industries, but the bottleneck was always the same - the founder. And the fix was always the same - a custom platform that puts everything in one place.
That's what Cornerstone AI exists to build.
Different industries. Same bottleneck: the founder.
Whatever we build, you own outright. It lives on your accounts, your team runs it, and it keeps working whether we're in the room or not. No lock-in, no licence, no dependency on us.
The name Cornerstone comes from my faith. Christ is the cornerstone of the church, and that's the foundation this company is built on. People come first, always. I don't build tech that looks impressive on a slide deck - I build operating systems that make a real difference to the actual humans using them every day.
We guarantee the outcome, or we keep building for free.
Straight answers.
What is this, exactly?
A right hand for your business that runs on AI. It does the day-to-day work your business depends on, onboarding, follow-ups, project tracking, invoicing, reporting, inside the tools your team already uses. You own it outright.
Who's it for?
Founder-led businesses of one to ten people where the work runs through the founder's head. Agencies, advisory firms, professional services, coaching. If you can't take a week off without things slipping, or you're turning down work because you can't take on more, that's exactly the spot we fix. The industry doesn't matter. The bottleneck does.
Is this just a chatbot that knows my company?
No. A chatbot answers questions. This does the work. It runs real tasks across your tools, on a loop, without you prompting it, and your whole team can use it.
Is my data safe? Can I really let my team use it?
Yes, and that's the point. Access is locked at the data, so each person sees only what they're meant to. Every action it takes is logged. The whole system sits on your accounts, not ours.
How long does it take?
Eight weeks. It starts with a workshop to pin down what you need, then we embed and build live, one piece at a time. You don't wait until the end to see it work, things go live as they're ready and your team trains on them each week.
Do I own it, or am I renting it?
You own it. Every piece of data and the full system live on your accounts. If we ever stop working together, it keeps running. You pay us to keep making it better, not to keep it switched on.
What if my team doesn't use it?
That's our job to solve, not yours. Every week of the build includes training your team on what's new, and we're not done until they'd rather use it than go back.
What does it cost?
The build is a fixed price for the eight weeks, and we'll give you the number on a call once we've seen your business. We also guarantee the result: your team handles twice the clients by week eight, or we keep working for free until it does.
Want to see what your right hand would take over first?
Book a call. We'll show you where the hours are leaking and what we'd build first. If it's not clearly worth it, we'll tell you straight.
